Koi Dosages

How do you know how much medication to inject into a Koi? Using the formulas for converting length to weight we can more closely approximate the correct dosage. For instance, if you wanted to medicate sick Koi with a standard solution of 2.27% Baytril dosed at 14 mg/kg, or Gentamicin Sulfate at a concentration of 40 mg/ml dosed at 3 mg/kg, you could use the following table:
